Edinburgh Eagles are delighted to announce that Martyn Gill has joined the board of Edinburgh Eagles as Director of Rugby ahead of the 2022 playing season.
Martyn, from Yorkshire, has extensive experience of business and project management backed with a good Rugby League pedigree of having coached at Castleford Tigers, Newcastle Thunder and most recently in Wheelchair Rugby League with Leeds Rhinos and England Wheelchair RL.

His first action will be to undertake an analysis of the Eagles current on and off field activities on behalf of the board to identify the best back office structure and changes that could be made to our on field playing activities so progress made pre Covid continues to allow Scotland’s premier community rugby league club to continue to grow in Edinburgh.
